QUINOA

Known as the "golden grain," quinoa is a plant that had its origin in the Andes region, with records being used by the Incas from 3000 BC, a people who considered it a sacred food.

It is also a source of calcium, iron,  Omega-3 and Omega 6 fatty acids, and as cereal is very rich in fiber and, therefore, a great source of carbohydrates for food. In addition, quinoa has significant amounts of B-complex vitamins.
